My up and left arrows don't work

All of a sudden, my left and up arrows don't work. I didn't spill anything on them or anything like that. They just stopped working. I tried to restart my computer, but it didn't work. They also stopped working at the same time, which surprised me. How do I fix this?

Hi,

Are you using a desktop or a laptop?

For laptop:
- First is to try to uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the keyboard driver.
- Reboot your laptop once uninstalled and it should reinstall the driver automatically upon reboot.
- After the reboot do test it again and see it it will work or not.
- If these doesn't work connect an external USB keyboard and see if the same problem will persist.
- If it does work normally using an external USB keyboard you'll need to reinstall Windows.
- Lastly, if reinstalling Windows will not work then the only solution with it is to replace the keyboard itself.

For your desktop PC:
- Uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver as well.
- If this will not work the only solution would be to replace the keyboard itself already.
