My upcoming built + win10 installation

What do you think about this built? Also what is the easiest way to get Win10 on my pc, because I dont have CD-ROM?

Case: Corsair 275r
MB: MSI Z390-A Pro
CPU: I5-9600k
GPU: Asus Rog Strix GTX 1080
PSU: Corsair RM750x
RAM: G.Skill 2x8GB, Ripjaws V, DDR4 3200MHz
SSD: 970 EVO 250GB M.2 SSD
HDD: Seagate 2TB BarraCuda
+ Maybe some more case fans

Looks good to me. Adjusting would be nitpicking.

To get W10 on your pc make a bootable usb stick,

use a stick of minimum 8gb.
