my upload speed is 7.05 Mbps and my download speed is 2.27 Mbs. is that bad?

If you pay for around 7mbs download and 2mbs upload, than it's good. If you pay for 700mbs download, than it's bad. If you're on WIFI, than that's more the issue as 7mb/s is enough to watch some youtube videos on. But if you are trying to game and watch youtube and do other things, it is a bit slow.

Well yes it is bad, depends also on what internet speed you are paying for. 2.27 down is pretty bad, that's why your games and youtube keep lagging. Your up speed is pretty good actually. You might want to contact your internet provider and ask them why your up speed is higher than your down speed cause it should be the other way around.

What speeds are you paying for? Your speeds should be fine for video to like 720P and games don't take hardly any bandwidth. Normally download speeds are faster than uploads in the US.

Oh, i read that wrong. 2mb download is on the low end for sure and your download is usually always faster than your upload, so something is wrong. If you're on wifi, it could be so many issues. You need to plugin to get a good speedtest
