I'm having some pretty annoying issues with my USB devices. This applies to all of them; 2.0 and 3.0 on the front of the case and the I/O of the rear of the motherboard.
If I have a flash drive plugged in during boot, they work so long as they are not removed and plugged back in. If I pull out my flash drive and plug it back in, it will not work. The items that are plugged in during boot will work, but if something is removed and/or plugged back in, the device will not work.
I have no clue nothing i do seam to fix it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
My specs:
Motherboard: ASUS z170-A
CPU: Intel i5-6600k at 4.7 GHz
RAM: 2x 4gb crucial ballistic under clocked from 2400 to 2133 Memory (asus ai suite 3 did this)
GPU: XFX R9 390
PSU: 850W EVGA G2
