my usb keyboard doesnt work

Hi I just bought a Genius Keyboard and when i plugged the usb in the port it says device driver software was not succesfully installed USB keyboard Failed i think the problem isnt my keyboard and when i checked the device manager it says i dont have a driver for this 🙁

try it in a different port. Also make sure you are not plugging it into a USB 3.0 port.
