my usb kinda broke after trying to make a usb with windows 10 on (solved)

so i was trying to put windows 10on a USB but while it was going it ran into a problem i don't know what but now the USB has nothing on it and is lower than it should be from 128GB to 32GB storage so what can i do to turn it back to a 128 GB and not a 32GB after windows 10 kinda broke my USB

so apparently the rest 96GB had not been allocated which was the reason for it to only say 32GB

Try to format as NTFS, if it doesnt work. Gparted tool will be your friend.
