[SOLVED] My USB mouse is not working although rgb lights are sometime working

I have an cosmic byte andromeda mouse. It worked fine earlier but now it is malfunctioning when i connect the mouse it shows USB not recognised and error 43 all my ports are working . i have an another mouse which works fine but this causes trouble its rgb lights are on but flickering
sometime the changing of lights doesn't occur sometimes it changes in a second
I have another laptop when i plug the mouse in it . the mouse sometimes work than after 1 hour or half an hour the error pops up

If the problem follows the mouse when the mouse is plugged into another laptop then the mouse is likely defective in some manner.

However, you did not mention doing any mouse driver updates or reinstalls.

Go to the manufacturer's website to manually download, reinstall, and reconfigure the current mouse drivers.

Do that on the original laptop and determine if the mouse works correctly.
