Question My usb ports stopped working after restart

I searched this up online and I can't find a solution. The usb ports seem to not have any life in them when I power on my system. The ether net and other connectors work just fine.

This all started when I moved my desktop to a tv so I can watch in 1440p. I disconnected all the ports before I did it. I connected my power cord to an extension cord and my pc wasn't getting enough power so I turned it off and put it on the wall. After this none of my usb ports seem to be getting enough power and its frustrating.

I don't know if it could be my specs but here they are jic.

Dell optiplex 390 moBo
Intel i3 2120
4gb of ram
Radeon hd 4850
400 watt power supply.
750 gb hdd.

There is a chance the USB ports could be faulty. What particular USB ports are not working? All of them?
There is a better chance that it's a Driver issue. Try reinstalling the USB drivers.

If they are front mounted USB ports you should open the case and make sure the wires from the USB port to the motherboard are inserted properly.
