My usb stick is not working

Hello,
I put my Sony 16Gb stick in a usb port on a pc yesterday, it got very warm, and now does not work on any pc..
it does not show in my computor, but I do get a taskbar message "Devive not recognised"

what can i do ?

Probably it burnt out. Call the support center.
