My usb wifi adapter shuts down my pc

I hope you can help me with this because i really dont know whats happening.
The thing is a few days ago i unplugged my tp link usb wifi adapter and the pc restarted. I started looking for answers online and saw that i should check other usb devices and nothing happens when i unplug them. I was an idiot and i bought the same model of the device today and when i came home the same thing happened.

P.S. I tried every other usb port and it shuts down from the wifi adapter but not from any other usb device

Does this happen no matter which usb port you use, or only on one usb port? Is this a desktop or laptop? I'd recommend that you check for updated drivers, especially if you've recently made a hardware or operating system change.

Yes, it was happening on every slot but i updated my drivers and it stopped happening.
