my very fast internet is becoming slow? high pings?

1 week ago, i used to play games with 90-150 ping which is good, now, it gets slow, with 250+ ping, even in the middle of THE NIGHT, i know i should contact the provider, or should i wait a little more because their servers are slow or or?

If it is a wired connection, I would contact the ISP. Also run pingtest.net and some trace routes in a command prompt (tracert).

If it is wireless, I would start with some wireless trouble shooting, including running the free home version of inSSIDer (a wifi analyzer) from HERE, run it and check the network tab for strong signals by channel that may be interfering with you.
