Question My VGA light comes on during boot but then boots fine

There was a power cut in my house this afternoon and my PC went off. When starting the computer again the VGA light on the motherboard came on. After a while of a blank screen with a dash on it on the monitor the motherboard loading screen came up. The VGA light goes off but it take a lot longer than it did before to boot. Eventually the computer loads to windows and then as far as i can tell there are no more issues. I have restarted a couple of times and it keeps happening.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this.
