My video card has really low C* when working...

When my video card is working while I play the temperature is 53 max and it shows its using like 80-70% of its power is that normal?

PC specs: GTX 750 TI 2GB, Inte Core I5 2400 3.10 GHz, 4 RAM, WIndows 7 Ultimate.

And my friends video cards (they dont have the same as mine but still) they have a temperature around 70*...

You've got an excellent card which uses it's resources very efficiently, your GPU is perfectly fine.

You really shouldn't be worrying about this, all it means is that your card has a much more efficient cooler than your friends one!
