If the monitor is 100% good, and with another computer it's fine, then your gpu is fried.

If you have an intel processor, you can try running on board to see if it's another part of the system maybe.

Use a different HDMI or Display port and cable to check it is not the cable connecting the GPU and monitor. If you get same results with a different cable or GPU port, video card may have gone bad.
