my video card is not showing after my PC hang

my computer hang while im playing league of legends and this is the first time i encounter this i force restart my computer and after restarting i receive a notice about my videocard i try to go to dxdiag and now my video card is not showing. how this happen and how to fix this?
i really need help im not a techie guy takes a lot

Driver probably crashed, can you get into safe mode ?
