My Video Card is slightly too long for my Case will that be an issue?

Yes, if it doesn't fit in the case then you can't use it...

You're either going to have to buy a different case/video card or be prepared to possibly modify the case to make the card fit.

Well I didn't think it would've been a big problem because it's only 2 mm. So what kind of modification would I have to do to my case?

That's why I say be prepared. If anything you'd just have to cut out a notch in the part of the case that's interfering with installation.

It would probably be easier to choose a better case.
