Hello everyone,

I recently bought a new pc but I have a problem.
every time when I'm in game it just randomly crashes with a report saying it crasht.
I have a Sapphire R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 TOXIC graphics card.
I already re-installed my pc and it still happens..

Yes i completely re-installed my pc

If u r playin on high rez then try lower picture settings through amd catalyst or the game itself. Settings like anti alising, texcture quality, shadow quality, etc.
And if u hv oc'd the gpu then try a little downclocking it too.
Generally, gpu crashes due to high graphics load.

Dnt 4get 2 select the best answes :-D

I get your point but i thought when I bought a graphics card of €300 i could play on HD.
It's a shame if I cant..

Did you install the 280X yourself? Was it new as well or was it in a pc prior to this one?

You can also download OCCT and run a GPU test and enable the Error Check option. This will show the number of errors as the card is testing. Watch this carefully as it heats up. I've had cards that error out once they hit a certain temp.

If this is a new PC it could be a RAM issue as well. You could always try to run a memtest to test RAM.

Yes I installed it myself and no it was brand new.
This is my ram:
Crucial Ballistix Tactical BLT2CP8G3D1869DT1TX0

Yes I builld it myself.
I ran it over an hour with no errors, Can you please explain what a memtest is?

Memtest is a program that you can use to test your RAM for errors, this can be easily done by installing the program onto a USB and then boot your PC from the USB. NOTE: You may need to format your USB! It is recommended that you run the memtest for a while, any errors will show in red.

alright I'l do it and tell you the results
