My vizio dvd reject all disk

I have a Vizio blu-ray disc player that will not load any dvd disk?

Make sure you connect you BD player to a network and let it update itself. Has it ever read DVDs?

You can run a cleaner disk through it and that may help clear up the problem. If that fails, you should return/exchange the player, if possible.
