Question My vram decreased from 64mb to 32 mb after upgrading to Windows 10 ?

My vram decreased from 64mb to 32mb after I switch from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I use Intel Ivy Bridge GT1. So after I search in web I think it is a bug in Windows 10. So pls help me fix it

Edit : I use an HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF

Check settings in BIOS.
Your BIOS battery may have expired and settings reset to defaults.

I think its dead because I've heard the beeping sound from the motherboard for more than 2 years.
But how will I remove it for my CPU?
