My WD 1TB internal Hard-disk dosen't take more than 5 partition

I have 1 tb WD Internal HardDisk with windows 7 os in my PC,when ever i try to creat more than 5 parttion, it show error message "Max patition is created"_Friends Help me to solve this issue

This limitation doesn't really comes from the drive but from the Master Boot Record.
