how can i make my lexmark x422 webcam driver to start working

Run in an elevated command,
Right click on installer>Run as Administrator

Verify that the device is detected and functional by going into Device Manager and seeing if your webcam is present. If you want to use the webcam, you should be seeing a utility or at the very least open Skype and use it for a chat.
