My Westinghouse SK-19H210S keeps displaying "Input Not Support." I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong.

I have a Dell Inspiron 3000 Series Desktop w/ 4gb ram and 500gb hard drive and I am trying to connect to a monitor via HDMI. The monitor is a Westinghouse SK-19H210S. Whenever I boot up, the screen flashes black for a couple of seconds, then turns blue with a message box: "Input Not Support." For some reason, I am still able to access the boot menu, but as soon as I exit, I end up with the same blue screen. Nothing is wrong with the HDMI cable.
