[SOLVED] My whole setup is zapping me

I just built a pc and my whole setup (monitor, pc case, usb cables, and keyboard) is zapping me every time I touch it while putting my legs on the ground. What is causing this issue and how to fix it? thanks.

Bad power supply?
Bad ground, case should be at ground potential any shorts should blow a fuse or breaker.

where u live in house or flat?

I live in the 30th floor of an apartment with a marble floor. The PC doesn't zap mem when I put a carpet in my feet.

Im putting it in my desk for aesthetic purposes. Do I really need to put it in my desk?

Are you electric plugs grounded? Did you test it in another room if they are? Motherboard stand-offs installed? Did you check over the cables to make sure there is nothing loose in the case?
