My wi-fi router is not connecting to mobile phone from yesterday thunder strome?

Can one help me,
my wi-fi is not connecting to mobile phones from yesterday, it was a thunderstorm yesterday.

my laptop is connected fine and working well,
but phones are not supporting to connect.
phone show SSID but when i'm trying to connect it shows (Finding ip)...
and not connecting.

I have tried resting router but no use.
my wi-fi router is tp-link...


can any body tell me the possible solution?
atleast tell me what is the problem?

Hi Sharath,
It is happened sometimes with smartphones - they lose connection to Router and even shows SSID can not connect
Possible solutions:
- test your wifi with other SSID ( free cafe or friend/relative house) connect to thir router and see if you can browse
- in your home try use wifi settings on smartphone to "Forget this network" and then disable wifi on smartphone, power cycle phone and reconnect to same SSID again ( sometimes IP address that your smartphone remember and was automatically connected, now use by other device at you home network)
- finally and last scenario - confirm firmware on your smartphone, you may need Software Update ( for this contact your Mobile Provider for steps )
