my wifi is working on my computer but on somethings on my phone it isnt working...?

my internet on my computer is working fine but kik and DM on instagram, arent working. neither is google play, but most everything else is working...?

Is this on cellular or Wifi? If on wifi, have you tried using a different network? (e.g. Home, and an internet cafe). If it works at a the cafe, and not at home, then you can ask someone to look at the wifi settings, to see that these apps/programs aren't blocked somehow.
