[SOLVED] My wifi network won’t show up on my desktop

I’m going insane trying to find out why my new wifi network won’t show up on my pc, but it will connect and show up on my laptop and phone. Does any one have any idea why it won’t show up? I’ve gotten it to show up a few times for a couple min after I restart the router, but when I tried to connect with the right password it said “cannot connect to this network”. Any help would be appreciated it’s driving my head in.

I’m using to-link 300mbps high gain USB adapter
My gpu covers my pcie port so I can’t use my pcie wifi adapter
