My wifi will connect to some of my devices but not others , any solutions or fixes?

i have a new Moto g2 ,and a moto e my wifi connects to the moto e but not the moto g2 i have tried everything from resetting my router to static ip. Please help.

Is the router on the latest firmware? What exactly happens when you try to connect? Are you sure you are connected to the correct signal?
