My window xp won't start up

Problem Description
When I switch on my PC, I'll be prompt to strike the F1 key to continue. But when I do that,it will display this error message
"We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully.A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose Last known Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked .
If a previous setup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the Power or Reset button was pressed, or if you aren't sure what caused the problem ,choose Start Windows Normally.

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt

The real problem here is that when I click the Last Known Good Configuration,it'll restart again.

I try all the options above but I get the safe result.The PC keeps restarting.

Please I need your help with this,The information on the PC is so important to my life.

No, that's what usually appear whenever I switch on my PC.
After I strike f1, the PC will start working.But now it's not working for me, after pressing f1, the next thing I'll see is the message above"We apologize for the inconvenience............"
