My Windows 10 is acting all glitchy (Solved by reinstalling Nvidia drivers for the third time)

Hi there, my Windows suddenly have become very glitchy. It hasn't become any slower, it's just some graphically weird things it's throwing at me. Sometimes the windows that i open, doesnt show up, and i have to click my mouse several times to make it show up. I cannot really explain it any better, but i have some clips i have recorded with OBS if you want to take a look at them.

reinstall windows 10, download the latest version 1703, use the microsoft download too, to install form clean, so you would need to format hard disk, make backups first

always backups first!

i don't see what ram you have, you seem to have a i5 4th gen right?

also run memtest and run also a checkdisk on the hard disk but after you reinstall, it looks like a mixture of hardware problems and a problem with windows update,

press windows key and r key, write winver in it and press enter, what version shows?
