My Windows 10 is broken.

My Win10 seems to be broken. I can't use Cortana, open settings, or use Microsoft Edge. I also can't play a few games like CS:GO and Archeage. It says that a .dll is either not designed to run and etc.

The simple solution Soka.
If you have backup and restore enabled in windows 10.

Try to remember the last thing you did, or installed on the system, program or software wise. and when it all started by date.
Roll back the system with a system restore point selected from a day or so before.

Did a system restore but I only had a store point from 2 days ago and I still have the error.

you could try running following in administrative command prompt (right click, select run as administrator or use win+X and select it)
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

both commands will check for corrupt and/or missing things in windows. If said things fail, resetting windows or reinstalling it might be necessary.

and the dism says that "Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

based on that and the fact that restore point didn't work, the next step would be resetting the windows from windows itself as shown in the link.
If that fails, reinstall with actual windows media (USB or DVD) would be the only way forward.
