My windows 10 won't boot properly

Every time I try to boot windows it freezes with the logo and the dots going in a circle but sometimes it freezes with preparing auto repair. I cannot access my computer it just won't boot windows. I have tried booting it from a usb but it still does the exact same thing. Any help would be appreciated. This is not the first time it has happened.

what are the specs of your pc?

it might be your hard drive or ram, you might want to test them
Ram can be done using http://www.memtest86.com/
hard drives normally have a program made by their manufacturer so will need to know that before we can start

its possible your motherboard doesn't allow booting from USB as that could explain why you get same result, or its a hardware problem stopping it.
