If this just started happening, go into Safe Mode, and select "Last known good configuration. Or you might also run system file checker from command prompt: sfc /scannow

Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your comupter? If so, and the partition on it is active, the windows boot loader may be confused by that. Try unplugging all external drives, and reboot the computer.
