My Windows 8 Can't Restart

My Windows 8 can't restart it can only Sleep and Shutdown. If you wonder how it can't restart it just shuts down but takes 10-20 minutes to do so.

Use a bootable windows 8 usb pendrive and refresh your pc in troubleshoot options..

i weirdly fixed this problem by either update all drivers or using the CMD command SFC /SCANNOW. So now everything is back to normal (so far).
