My Windows 8 Laptop keeps switching to the Start Screen.

My Windows 8 Dell XPS11Laptop keeps switching to the Start Screen whenever I watch something on youtube. and it happens even when I am far from my desk and not touching it! Plus its touch screen stops working sometimes. I appreciate it if andbody helps me with this. its getting sooooo annoying.
