My windows 8 laptop won't stop loading.

So I was just on my computer and all of a sudden it froze. I couldn't do anything with it so my only option was to press the power button. After did that I turned it back on and an hp logo popped up and under it is a loading sign. I took the battery out of the computer and I keep turning it on and off.nothing is working. Sometimes when turn it on it will say something like "preparing automatic prepare", and then it goes to "diagnosing your pc". I'm not very smart with computers so I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me. Thanks.

Hi,



Shut down the Laptop. Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu. Select the Bios option ( usually f10 ) and under the Advanced or Diagnostic tab you should find the facility to run tests on both the Hard Drive and Memory. Post back with the details of any error messages.



Note: If the option to run these tests is not available in the Bios Menu, use the f2 diagnostic menu instead.
