[SOLVED] my windows doesn't boot when graphic card is connected.

my windows doesn't boot when graphic card is connected, graphic card fans are spinning but the display is blank. Any suggestions?

My pc specs:
Cpu: I7 3770
GPU: GTX 1060 6gb
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1tb 7200rpm
HDD: Seagate 500gb 5900rpm
RAM: 4gb 1333mhz
MBD: Gigabyte ga-h61ms
Power supply : cooler master mwe 450w 80 plus

What was your setup before the graphics card arrived? Were you running the cpu's igpu?

Check PCIe power cable is connected properly to the card and video cable is connected to it as well.
