My windows don't boot at once but get boots at 2 time

When I press my power button on acer nitro 5 then the Acer logo appears as usual but it won't boot it get fix at Acer logo only .... So I again press my power button to restart it ... So when I press power button second time then it boots normally ..... This problem occurs every time whenever I start windows

its possible one of the drivers on the PC doesn't work well with Windows 10 new power modes.
