My windows is slow need help

so i recently got a build pc
installed windows 10 on it and i saw at the begin that it was realy slow,
now 2 days later its got even worse! Gaming is ok still can run my games full 60FPS
but when im on windows its starts stuttering takes minutes to open File Explorer or even Edge!
i used some old Hard Drives from a old pc a realy old pc maybe thats the reason why ?

CPU- AMD FX 6300 6 Core 3,5 GHz
GPU- MSI GTX 950 2 gb Gaming edition
Motherboard- MSI 970A SLI KRAIT Edition

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that I suggested to others who had the same issue.
- Start by doing a complete virus/malware clean up.

- Next is to run Windows Update and install all the important updates there is.
- Also uninstall any bloat wares that may effect the performance of your PC as well.
- Disable all your startup items from Task Manager.
- If all these will not work I would suggest doing a clean install of Windows 10 again.
