My Windows Keeps doing this why ?

The past Week my PC started doing this

(Sorry my language is Danish) But it seems like it cant find anything any help ?
I am running Windows 7 and it started happening after the new Windows update ?

it seems that you encrypted partitions with bitlockers and partitions are visible. Could you please upload a screenshot of Disk Management

http://i.imgur.com/sqHa9Vh.png Here it shows all the disks but i can fix it by restarting Windows explorer and it is back again and after some time it happends again
