Hello maybe I am in the wrong place but i didnt see any topic related to this one.

I have a problem with my windows 10 in the last 2-3 months, windows take around 5 minutes to turn on, it is very slow, I believe that happened right after i updated my Graphics Driver via Driver Booster 6 and after that the pc started to turn on slow and it lags a lot also.

Anyone can help me how to boost it up ?

I went out to drink a coffee and when I came back home I turned on my PC and it turned on in 01:32,48, 1 minute and 32 seconds according to my phone's stopwatch.

I did a restart after and it turned on in 3 minutes and 15 seconds or, 03:15,21.

My question is why when my pc is turned off and i turn it on it turns on in 1 min and 32 seconds but when i restart it, it turns on in 3 mins and 15 seconds? lol

Oh if you use driver booster you probably have screwed up some of the drivers in your system which could easily cause this. I recommend a full clean install

Don’t ever use driver booster or any driver or utility

I agree with you on this one, after I updated my graphics card driver via Driver Booster 6 PRO the computer started to turn on slowly and be more slow in general.

Could Driver Booster 6 PRO screwed up some of the drivers?

But I don't get it, I bought it for 15 ** euros which is a lot considering my country's small salaries, I thought the program is ideal for driver updates because before I buy something I check google for user's opinions and stuff like that.

do a Clean install

follow those instructions. back up all your data first and verify that it is good

do not ever use any driver installer tool, ever, that is your first problem right there. they are all garbage and all they are good for is ruining a perfectly good windows install.

That "Advanced SystemCare" is almost certainly the issue.

It is snake oil at best.
Uninstall it, and see what happens.

THIS.
Most IT sysadmins consider it a virus. It causes slowdowns and servers up extra advertisements instead of actually helping.

Since you had two 'potentially unwanted program' you probably have others. They tend to travel in packs. ;) Do a full system scan with Malwarebytes (totally free) and report back.
Also, it looks like you have a spindle drive. Even a cheap SSD will drastically improve your speed.

When you restart Windows, it applies any setting changed and updates - those of Windows and those of apps and programs. It also does some basic checks to make sure Windows is running properly (not as in depth as the steps I suggested though. If you shutdown, it simply turns off. This explains the time difference. Did you defrag your disc, as if not I suggest this to be your next move.

As everyone else is suggesting, the best choice would be to simply format your drive and then reinstall Windows. However, it is possible to clean a spam-filled PC like yours. You are already half way there now that you have got rid of the PUPs. Do all of the steps I mentioned previously, every single one will play a part in speeding up your PC.

I have a HDD. I already did a full system scan with Malwarebytes and it found only PUP's around 250 or so.

Following alceryes link I downloaded " Hitman Pro " and I used the option to scan the PC only ONE TIME, and It detected this:

2 malwares and the rest were " tracking cookies " but it's funny, Avast Free Antivirus and Malwarebytes didn't find a single virus or malware or trojan, but HitmanPro found 2 malware's lol.

•Download Malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/, and make sure you have the free 14 day trial activated. Run a FULL scan and QUARANTINE EVERYTHING it tells you to, even if you think you need it. Trust me, if Malwarebytes says it's anything bad, it is.
•During the 14 day free trial, if Malwarebytes blocks anything through its realtime protection, do not undo what it blocks.
•Open Task Manager and go into the startup tab. Untick anything that isn't vital. Make sure that you do not untick your Nvidia driver, sound driver, and Windows programs.
•Click start, type CMD, and right click command prompt to run as an administrator. Type "chkdsk /f /r" (without ") and hit enter, if it asks to perform on next restart, type "y" (without ") and hit enter then restart. If it looks like it is stuck, it is not, it is going fine, it just takes ages.
•Open CMD as administrator again. Type "SFC /scannow" (without ") and hit enter. Let it do this until it is done. Even if it takes ages, if is not, it also takes ages.
•Click start. Search for uninstall a program. Choose the control panel option. Look for any programs that you did not install yourself (bloatware). Even if you have decided to use these, of they were not placed there by you then they should not be there. Things to not uninstall include Windows Updates (have KB99999LotsOfNumbers9999), DirectX, and Net Framework. I'd recommend you take a few screenshots and we here can tell you what you need to uninstall.
•Click start. Type Defrag. Click defragment and optimise drives. Choose your "C" drive, and click analyse. Once done, click optimise. This will defragment your drive. Basically, over time, files will get scattered, and so defragmenting un-scatters them so that they get accessed quicker.

Hopefully this guide will help you. I know you might think it all sounds useless, but trust me as someone who has previously had to go through all of these before, it helps.

Step one, two, three and four done, now moving to step five.

Do I also uninstall my DLL files fixer program?

Here are some screenshots of all my installed programs, 90 installed programs 111 GB of storage.

Do you pirate using the torrent app? That could have led to a lot of the malware on your PC.
What I would suggest to uninstall:
Any Video Converter Ultimate
BS Player Pro
Free Studio
Free YouTube Downloader
K-Lite Mega Codec Pack
Nero and Daemon tools (if you didn't download them yourself)
Torrented games are pretty notorious for having Trojans in them, which is probably where you got most of the malware you have now removed from. For converting videos, use online services, don't download converters onto your PC. The same goes for YouTube downloaders. As for the codecs, these shouldn't be in 'packs', they should be directly from whoever made the respective codec.
As for other programs, such as Winamp, did you install them from the official sites, or from re-uploads such as CNET, Softonic or even torrent. If so, uninstall them, and get the latest version from the official site.

I would suggest a full wipe and reinstall...;)

From early on in this thread, the system apparently works fine after a new install. Over a couple of months, it slows down.

Given the junkware already identified, and the plethora of other useless applications in his pictured list...there is still a whole lot of crapware going on behind the scenes.

It slows down due to the crapware installed by the user.
Start from a known clean base, and work from there.

It's important to note that malware and viruses sometimes damage the operating system. The infection can be completely gone but necessary files can still be corrupted or have incorrect old versions causing these slowdowns.
Completely wiping and reloading the system will fix this unless you have some rootkits installed.

I do not pirate using the torrent app, I used it so I can download World of Warcraft game like 3-4 years ago.

Other than that, I haven't used it.

I didn't have malware on my PC, I just had PUP's according to Malwarebytes.

About the Free Studio and YouTube downloader I downloaded them from their official site.

About Winamp I downloaded it from the official site as well.

I have a lot of free memory, see for yourself, I have 2 TB hard disk.

PUPs are malware. You shouldn't download YouTube downloaders as they are bundled with adware and other malware, which is probably where you got the 250 PUPs from. Same goes for video converters. If you ever need to use these, just use website services.

most video converters are chinese, and even if you buy them, they can still get you. be careful with whom you do online business and don't steal videos, that may be what got you into this mess in the first place. If you like something, buy a legitimate license or copy for it, or subscribe to youtube and music services. problems solved. if you subscribe to youtube i believe you can dowload any of the videos

nah, get an SSD right away and start enjoying yourself more. you can always test the HDD with SeaTools after. remember to do a Clean install with your new SSD, and don't have the HDD connected during install.

I forgot where to find it but there’s an option where it says slow boot, and fast boot. The slow one will help prevent crashes or any other issues your pc might have. Look into that and make sure it’s not checked and if it is uncheck it and try again

My Computer usually takes about 5 minutes to load into the start menu.

I am not stuck it just takes slow time to load the Desktop and stuff.

I just did a full virus scan and guess what? I have no viruses.

I know I have no viruses because I don't watch porn or download cracks or other files of that type.

Just an fyi, watching porn and downloading cracks give the least viruses out of anything unless they look especially fishy. Usually its the "driver installers", "dll repair" and "optimisation tools" that are the viruses, and they dont get caught because all they do is slow down the computer and not actually harm files. I'd recommend uninstalling any programs claiming to speed up or help install files unless you 100% know what they do and that they work as they should. Any driver should be downloaded from the respected company from where they should (AMD, Intel, Nvidia, etc) Unless your pc is full of absolute junk then you dont need to optimise it with those programs.

Well seeming as cracks are literally .exe files that have been uploaded to a piracy specific site by a stranger to circumvent anti-piracy, I'm afraid I'd have to disagree there.
