My Windox XP refused to Open , What should I Do??

Dear Microsoft ,

My new Windox XP installed on Pentium IV with 40 GB HDD refused to open.
The message displayed on screen is that there is a Missing or Corrupt File
known as :
WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\....

Please kindly tell me how to go about opening my PC sytem. I don't know
anything about system 32.

Can you please send me a software or CD-ROM containing the prgrams or
operating systems that can maintain the Windows XP ??
