My xbox wont connect to xbox live

my name is billy and my xbox wont connectit keeps on saying theres a problem with your connection

Try posting under the correct subject rather than Windows 7.
It might get you a few more responses.

You need to give a little more information than that....
It might be you need to connect your Xbox (or is it a?) 360 to the router then reboot the router & the modem so that an IP address can be assigned.
Another reason might be that MS no longer supports the original Xbox.
