My xbox wont connect to xbox live

Hello,
I cannot connect to xbox live using either my wireless adapter or my Ethernet cable I've tested lots of Ethernet cables none work and a technician tested my router ect and that all worked the most
irritating thing is that my wireless adapter has the green light so it thinks it's connected but clearly hasn't any help??

try setting up port fwding on your router..
