Question Only one fan works on my Radeon R9 380 since changing the PSU ?

Hi, my psu died a while ago, i replaced it and now only one fan works on my Radeon R9 380.
I opened it and changed the position of the fans but the same one still doesn't work.
I tried to buy the same fan but i can't find it on my country and it's expensive to get it imported. I'm also kinda lost on the compatibility since i don't know that much about pcs. Do i need the exact same fan? How do i know which one would be compatible?
I also thought about buying an usb fan or something similar and put it close to the gpu, i don't know if it would work xD
My gpu gets 95° degrees while gaming even with the caseo pen and i'm a bit scared that it will stop working soon.

If you can't source it locally, then the only thing for you to do is either ditch the card or source fans from outside your country. Mind you, see if there are any repair shops near you or in your country that you can have to source fans from a dead GPU for your particular GPU.

It was a NZXT hale82 700w. I replaced it for a Corsair CX650

It is expensive for one fan like that but if your GPU is not overheating, one should be enough. I'm not sure it pays to fix and ancient card like that.

Yes, of course i just don't have the money to upgrade.

Anyway i took the fan out and it works somewhat fine so i'm gonna use it this way for now.

Honestly, simply rubberbanding an ordinary fan to the GPU is janky, but decently effective.

In the future, I'd definitely recommend making a real effort to clean parts like these. Moving parts are especially susceptible to the ravages of dust/dirt buildup.

It was probably not the fan that didn't work, it was the connection between the fan and the card that was failing, probably secondary damage by the dead PSU.
