My Z170 board won't let me overclock 6600K

Hi, I've just put together the system using i5 6600K and Gigabyte Z170 gaming K3 motherboard. I'm using be quiet! dark rock pro 3 cpu cooler, and I wanted to overclock to about 4,5ghz. But there is the problem; when I go to the bios, it doesn't let me change most things (like base clock, vcore voltage, multiplier...).

Just restarted computer once again and it worked. Overclocked to 4.5ghz, but I had to apply 1.32V to pass Cinebench. No silicon lottery won . Max temp is 52 degrees celsius.
