is it a good system for gaming? or some little overClock, yea im using a stock cooling, can i overClock the CPU to 3.0 with the stock cooling?

ill buy a more power full CPU cooler as soon as i get more money, but the main question is still the same, can i run crysis in 1280*1024 with high settings?

ok... at first i wanted to go for crosair 610Wat, also i read that its fine to do mid range over clock with the stock cooling on a 45NM phenom II, but ill glad to hear more then one opinion : )

Well tom's test found that in some games if you went over a certain clock then it wouldn't make much difference to fps in some games so check which games you are playing because if there's little difference between 3.4 and 3.8 then you might aswell save those watts for if you put in a more powerful graphics card.
