Have you succeeded in "affecting" any of the four crystals?
You can only get up out of the "throne" in two areas: at the top, and at
the second stop down (where
you can see the four crystals in the round cases ... and then only if you
can "affect" all four crystals at once.
The papers strewn all around Sirrus' sleeping quarters will guide you. Did
you find them all?
One paper isn't actually close to the others, it's on a different level.
