Myst IV: Revelation Spec Information

This came from the Myst IV: Revelation Team today:

Regarding PC video cards:
All cards that are less than 3 years old will be surely supported. We are
making maximum efforts so as to support a larger array of video cards. 64
Mb video cards will definitively be supported.

For Mac fans who have questions regarding the OS:
It is not in our plan to support any version lower than OSX native.
Unfortunately, porting the game lower than the Mac OSX is almost like doing
a new port of the game.

PC specifications:
A large part of our production team is developing the game on PCs with DVD
drives that are more than three years old. More information on PC specs
should be available in the summer.

Laptops with DVDs:
We are trying to ensure that Myst 4 Revelation will be accessible to as many
people as possible, including those who travel a lot. Therefore a large
range of laptop (both Mac and PC) that are using DVD will be supported.

So, will this be a DVD only game? Your post mentions only DVD, not CDs.
This is fine with me since I do have a DVD-ROM drive. Hopefully, I finish
URU before MYST IV comes out. These "bridges" in the water fall area are
driving me nuts!
