I have Acer notebook with two hdd slots. One ssd an 1tb hdd. Problem is with hdd. It mysterious formated itself in two fat32 partitions. It all happened when i took hdd and put another in to move some data. When I put the old one back at first Windows didn't recognize it at all. After restart it formated itself into one 7,78 gb and 900 something partitions. What's is this? First time I see something like this.

Hey osisxl. That's a bit strange to say the least. Does you hard drive work normally now? Download the manufacturer's diagnostic tool and run the tests to see if the drive is still OK. Other than that if you need to recover your data, here's a thread which might proof useful: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1644496/lost-data-recovery.html
You should also try scanning for viruses, but I doubt this is the case right now.

Hope that helps.

Its working fine at least for now. I already recovered most of data using EaseUS recovery tool. I'm just really curios how that happened, so I can avoid this from happening.

Well I'm sorry, but I can't give you the straight answer you are looking for. If the drive is OK now and it passes every test from the diagnostic tool, you at least don't need to worry that it's something because of the HDD itself. It sounds more like a 3rd party software, or a virus probably. Keep an eye on the drive to see of it acts up again and backup your important data.
