Mysterious Lag Issues

Hello, recently I have been having some lag issues. I have tried about 5 different games, mainly Team Fortress 2, and am still experiencing lag that seems to be network lag, but my ping is around 20 - 50. My FPS is also at a constant 150 in TF2 which is my max. I have ran numerous speed tests, and scans of my computer, and have not found any problems. Please help, thanks.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670k CPU @ 3.40GHz
Memory: 8.00 GB RAM (7.89 GB usable)
Current Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

What make/model of motherboard are you using? Wired or wireless connection? Network drivers updated?
